Here's what I made today a la butter free..
Banana and dark choc chip muffins
Raspberry and fig tart
The band have also requested vegan bran muffins be made every morning so I tried and tested/ made up recipes for over 4 hours today until they were happy. See below the winner!!

Bonjour
Hello my lovelies!
Hope all's well. After a stressful band arrival Tuesday, yesterday was slightly more acceptable. Rising to the challenge of becoming a super star vegan baker after precious declaring all my cakes were shit! Not acceptable to use butter or dairy, ha. Ok, groundnut oil it is then.
Kit and I made it down to the beach y'day for a little swim. Freezing! But refreshing and only lasted 5 mins but at least we did. Got one more production day today then show Saturday, fly to Athens Sunday. Going to miss frenchy hot choc and accents.

I love my job. For those that care, I got to spend my day making chocolate orange cupcakes, milk choc cookies, pear and berry crumble, granola bars, salad selections, and being nice to people.
Band arrive tomorrow so sure it'll all turn manic then!! Got such a nice crew on this which makes everything ten million times more bareable. Weathers improving too so hurrah! Have a late check out on Sunday before flying to Athens, Si and I were talking about renting bikes and cycling all along the coast being a tourist (when in Rome..) hotels got a gym and sauna so know what I'm up to tonight!
Miss and love to all back home, hope all's okay etc etc x
